Working at adidas has undoubtedly been the most transformative chapter in my career, providing countless opportunities for growth and learning alongside exceptional colleagues and partners. This reflection encapsulates nearly a decade of continuous evolution, a journey for which I am profoundly grateful.

 

My story at adidas gravitates around cultivating a small yet dynamic design team with a service-oriented approach. We progressed from meeting the demands of a nascent sales channel to establishing a full-fledged internal agency that played a pivotal role in shaping adidas's digital landscape, positioning it as the primary channel for both sales and brand experiences.

In 2020, our vision materialized as Studio A, an internal creative and production agency spanning Germany, the Netherlands, the US, China, and Porto. As a core contributor, I helped define the team's vision, purpose, organization, and strategy, returning to a full creative focus as the head of the STUDIO A creative team across global locations.

Our work encompassed an extensive end-to-end creative process across digital touchpoints, including Content Planning, Strategy, Innovation, Product Presentation, Campaigns, Evergreen Content, adiClub (Membership Program), local creative teams, Creative Process Standardization, and External Agency Oversight.

During this metamorphosis, my role expanded from Senior Designer to Global Digital Senior Creative Director. I navigated diverse responsibilities such as End-to-End Creative, Creative Strategy, Innovation, Creative Production, Portfolio and Project Management. It was a thrilling and enjoyable ride!
